that deals with well-being, the happiness index and the role the state plays in increasing the quality of life. I have an unfailing need to learn and acquire new knowledge. Researching happiness and ways of living a meaningful and happy life inspires me and gets me into the flow – you know that feeling when you lose track of the time over an activity. I participated in numerous international conferences and congresses and I actively engage to popularize science at round tables, lectures, popularization symposiums, on TV and radio shows, in newspaper articles and via my YouTube channel. From the perspective of a scholar, I regard the increase of prosperity as the ultimate economic objective. On the private level, I wish to change the world, which is why I am most of all changing myself. I am happiest, when I can motivate and encourage others to change, grow and live a happy life. I encourage people to become aware of the comfort zone in their lives, to face fears and to make the necessary changes with the help of courage.
Sometimes we need to take ourselves apart, into pieces, in order to become whole again. This might sound frightening, but it is not. I’ve done it and so can you. If you are not ready for that step yet, that is ok. Come back when you are. 🙂
